We’re currently seeking a highly skilled Residential HVAC Installer who can confidently complete installations independently while also bringing service and troubleshooting experience to the table. Responsibilities:

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, air handlers, ductwork, and related components.
• Perform complete system change-outs and retrofit installations independently.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues as needed during installs or service calls.
• Ensure all installations meet local code requirements and company quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Maintain accurate job documentation, invoices, and installation notes.
• Properly test and verify system performance upon completion.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications:

• Three (3)+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Ability to complete residential installs independently/solo.
• Strong troubleshooting and residential service experience preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• NATE Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC installation best practices, airflow, duct design, and system performance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of the position.
